TESTIMONIALS

What Our Clients Are Saying

You helped me by giving me the tools and framework to arrive at my own clear, confident conclusions about employees and situations. Rather than telling me what to do, you guided my thinking in a way that empowered me as a leader. You also provided valuable support with document guidance, email formatting, and connecting me with an attorney who was very helpful. Throughout the process, you were readily available, responsive, and never dismissive, which made navigating challenging situations feel much more manageable.”

How did this training make a difference for you/your business? “It made a meaningful difference by allowing me to make clear, non-emotional decisions and reach conclusions much more efficiently than I had in the past. Having that clarity and structure improved my confidence as a business owner and strengthened my leadership, especially in navigating complex or sensitive situations. Overall, it helped me lead with greater intention, consistency, and assurance.

Charlotte Etesse, Owner

(Etesse Holistic and Cosmetic Dentistry)

When I was green in the Labor/Employee Relations world, I had the privilege of working with Christine. She was the team lead and really helped me learn the concepts of LER. When I would get a new case, she took to the time to have one on one sessions to go over the case specifications and really helped me analyze a case. She would cover potential risks/liabilities of the situation and help me create a defense on the "why" of a decision. She was a great mentor and taught me a lot which I attribute to getting me to where I am today.

Jonathan Montalvo, MSM, PHR, SHRM-CP (Dept. of Veterans Affairs)

It's been several years since I worked with Christine and she remains one of my most trusted advisors. As I navigated the challenge and excitement of leading a new team, she was an invaluable mentor. Good times or bad, she was right next to me with her sleeves up, solving critical problems, thinking outside the box, and figuring out how to develop and sustain a high performing team. She was both my most vocal cheerleader and my fiercest critic - which is exactly what I needed to grow and succeed in my leadership role. Every day was an experience that I will never forget! I'm always grateful for her honest advice, strategic thinking, and passion for her work. If you haven't worked with Christine yet, don't miss out!

Elise Magsarilli, HR Director (Dept. of Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command)

Just completed my HR Drumbeat meeting with Christine and our team.  I wanted to let you know that she is doing a phenomenal job and making a real difference across the organization and our mission of training the future of Naval Aviation.

I’ve been in the COS [Chief of Staff] seat for three years and the gains she is making for our organization will last well past my time into the future.  I can’t say enough good things about her and would rate her a “5” [outstanding] and recommend her for an award.
